1. What OtherATC Is

OtherATC is an independent plane-spotting analytics product for aviation enthusiasts. We provide aircraft activity statistics, personal collections, public profile pages, and related tools based on aviation data sources and user-submitted information.

2. Not Operational Aviation Information

OtherATC is not an airport, airline, air navigation, air traffic control, or safety service. Do not use this website for flight operations, dispatch, navigation, safety decisions, or time-critical travel decisions.

3. Accounts And Collections

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you make your profile public, your username, display name, selected airport, and collection statistics may be visible to other visitors and search engines. Uploaded aircraft photos are public and may appear on aircraft pages, profile pages, and related product surfaces.

4. Photos And User Content

Only upload aircraft photos that you took yourself. By uploading a photo, you confirm that it is your own original work and that OtherATC may store it, display it publicly, crop or resize it for product surfaces, and use its metadata to connect it to aircraft, airports, sightings, profiles, galleries, and collection progress.

Do not upload photos copied from other photographers, websites, social media, databases, airlines, airports, manufacturers, AI image tools, or any other third party. Do not upload unlawful, private, misleading, unsafe, harassing, or infringing content.

5. Photo Reports, Strikes, And Deletion

We may remove any photo, caption, tag, note, or account content that appears to violate these Terms, the rights of another person, privacy, safety, or applicable law. We may issue a strike, block photo uploads, suspend account features, or close an account for repeated or serious violations.

To report a photo, request deletion, send a copyright or privacy notice, or appeal a strike or removal, email delete@otheratc.com. Include the photo URL or photo ID, your account email if you have one, and enough detail for us to find and review the content.

6. Data Accuracy

Aviation data may be incomplete, delayed, corrected later, or unavailable. We work to keep statistics useful, but we do not guarantee that every movement, aircraft identity, route, timestamp, or classification is complete or error-free.

7. Paid Features

Some features may later require a paid subscription. Paid access, billing management, renewals, cancellations, and receipts are handled through our payment provider. We will show pricing and subscription terms before you start a paid plan.
